Between 2018 and 2023, I was a demand generation marketing manager for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. I led global, full-funnel acquisition campaigns driving audience engagement and business growth across multiple channels, including email, web, organic, and paid media. My role also involved collaborating with key stakeholders across Web, SEO, Brand Marketing, and international marketing teams, as well as overseeing external partnerships with various creative and research agencies.

With over 1,000 job description templates, interview questions, and hiring guides for the most sought-after positions, these resources can help companies find their next hire.

Over the course of 2 years, I led the design, content development, and managed the SEO strategy for this campaign, which was LinkedIn Talent Solutions' first at-scale project aimed at driving new organic channel audiences.

The global campaign launched in NAMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM and has been translated into 3 languages: French, German, and EMEA Spanish.

Notable result: This campaign helped double LinkedIn Talent Solution's YoY organic traffic and contributed to 75% of overall organic traffic.

Event: The Future of Recruiting

In this panel, LinkedIn talent leaders discuss hiring trends featured in LinkedIn's 2019 Future of Recruiting Report. 

I developed the content and strategy for the event, promotional emails, and webpages. I cast and prepped on-camera talent, managed show flow, and partnered with LinkedIn Media Productions to film and produce this live show. 

Notable result: This event drove 35,607 views—about 200% over goal. Also, it contributed 17% of all campaign MQLs, setting a high benchmark for the team's first use of LinkedIn Live.

In 2020, more teams transitioned to remote work. This guide offers tips and resources to improve employee engagement, retention, and morale.

I led the content strategy for the webpage, emails, and social promotion. Behind the scenes, I quickly scrapped and successfully replanned 6 months of full-funnel campaigns to respond to COVID's impact on companies' hiring and retention priorities.

This global campaign launched in NAMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. It's been translated into 7 languages: English, EMEA and LATAM Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese.

Rejecting candidates with grace is part of building a positive hiring experience and it can shape a lasting impression of your company. This guide shares tips on how to tastefully reject candidates after the application, phone screen, and on-site interview stages.

I developed the content and strategy for the campaign emails, webpages, and social promotion. I identified hiring leaders in my network and interviewed them, leveraging their quotes and insights for the campaign.

Hiring leaders at LinkedIn, Airbnb, Newell Brands Technical Apparel, and Grand Rounds share their tips for improving the interview process, starting with alignment on how teams define success in order to prevent unconscious bias.

I developed the content and strategy for the campaign emails, webpages, social promotion, and videos. I scouted and prepped on-camera talent and partnered with LinkedIn Media Productions to film and produce this 5-part video series.

In this role, I was managed the team's editorial calendar and end-to-end development of lead generation content. My campaigns included blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and product demos, as well as cross-channel promotion across email marketing, industry influencer marketing, and social media.
